Leadership 360
Minimum of 8 participants. £1600 per participant.
Our classic 10 month programme run in school, facilitated in person by Learn to Lead including 30 hours of interactive workshops, monthly team coaching and a fully supported action learning project. Please extend box for full details.
This is a 10 month course for school students, in four phases with three intensives and team coaching.
Phase 1 – The Assessment
Staff/student focused interviews and questionnaires to help us understand what you want to gain from the programme. We also arrange a twenty minute individual coaching session per participant to establish individual goals.
Phase 2 – The Intensives, split into three in-person sessions over three terms;
Intensive I
Leadership of self and project introduction – 12 hours
Intensive II
Leadership of others, projects and systems and project check in – 12 hours
Intensive III
Project presentations, leadership panel, reflection and planning – 6 hours
Phase 3 – The Project/ Team Coaching
Participants will work in groups on an action learning project of their choice, the only stipulation being that it contributes to the health and wellbeing of the community. This enables us to provide monthly team coaching sessions, to conceive, develop and complete their chosen project.
The project embeds and develops the skills learnt during the Intensive.
The project could vary from setting up a school peer mentor team to assessment and improvement of the school’s recycling policy. We also welcome projects based in the wider community, such as arranging support or events for the elderly in a nearby town, or even setting up a small business. Conceiving, planning and executing a project creates the perfect environment to intentionally practice the leadership skills taught in the face to face training.
Phase 4 – The Evaluation
At the end of the 10 months, with your guidance, we put together a report that tells your cohort’s story. We provide a closing individual coaching session to reflect and to map each participants’ next steps.
Small Cohort Training
12 to 25 students. £350 per participant.

In this course we train a small group of students to prepare them for leadership roles. The course covers the following topics;
- What is Leadership?
- What are my personal leadership goals?
- Working in Teams
- How to create Psychological Safety and Trust
- Effective communication, which includes Coaching Skills and Oral Presentation skills
The online sessions will be a mix of continued training and team coaching. This gives the cohort the opportunity to reflect on what is going well for them in their role, how they are applying the skills that they are learning and how these skills can support them in their future. We are happy to discuss individual school’s needs regarding specific leadership skills and adjust the course content accordingly.
Staff Training & Leadership Skills Curriculum
Up to 15 staff members. £9,200 per cohort.
12 hours Staff training, in person/online with 8 hours follow up support online. Content for a 30 hour curriculum for in school application facilitated by trained staff and 12 months Learn to Lead License. Please extend box for full details.
This course trains your staff to be able to deliver our 30 hour leadership skills curriculum to a whole year group/ larger cohort of students.
We deliver 12 hours of face or online training to your selected staff members and then hold 8 hours of further online sessions for check in and support as they implement the course in school.
We train up to 14 staff members and schools are welcome to co-ordinate with other schools to make up numbers.
Each individual school will pay a yearly license fee of £1,100 for the regularly updated curriculum content.
Future You Course
Minimum of 6 participants. £1500 per participant.
Five day (30 hours) course at a venue of choice for school leavers/university students, follow up team coaching for 6 months. This course is conceived for school leavers/ university students to take place at location of choice. Please extend box for full details.
The Future You Programme starts with 5 days of leadership skills training in person and is followed up with coaching online over the following 6 months. Days 1 and 2 focus on Leadership of Self, Days 3 and 4 on Leadership of others and changemaking and day 5 is a chance to reflect, to deliver a presentation and to evaluate the learnings. We are happy to tailor content to the specific cohort needs.
